"Dr. Gerald Pollack, University of Washington professor of bioengineering, has developed a theory of water that has been called revolutionary. He has spent the past decade convincing worldwide audiences that water is not actually a liquid." Source

Within this podcast, Jeff & I get absolutely blown away by his immense knowledge that is immediately present. I felt like I was back in college with one of my favorite college professors.

He started his career studying muscles and gravity, which extremely piqued our interests. A topic Jeff & I want to explore on the next episode with Dr. Pollack.

At the end of the episode, we discuss some practical applications of his research on what you can do to improve yourself.

A MUST WATCH TED Talk that explains some of the concepts we talk about in the podcast.
